We are currently looking for a Strategic Planner / Senior Strategic Planner

Workplace: Warsaw (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• independently handling strategy for projects for a beauty client and pitch projects,
• building communication strategies and strategic recommendations – from brief and insight analysis to the final presentation for the client,
• creating inspiring creative briefs and working closely with Creative on developing ideas,
• independently leading the strategic part of client meetings and presentations,
• planning the consumer journey, the role of individual touchpoints, message architecture and content ecosystems,
• designing 360-degree strategies with particular emphasis on digital and SoMe,
• advising the client also in broader marketing areas and identifying new opportunities for their business.

Our expectations:

• 2 years of experience for a Regular position or min. 4 years for a Senior position,
• experience in building communication strategies from the brief to the final recommendation,
• confidence in presenting directly to the client, also in English (expected level min. B2),
• very good analytical skills combined with strong conceptual thinking,
• experience in partnership-based cooperation with Creative and Account teams,
• interest in the beauty industry and consumer/cultural trends,
• staying up to date and following communication trends,
• ability to work in a team, communication skills, creativity and a sense of humour,
• practical knowledge of AI tools and the ability to use them at work, as well as an interest in developing in this area.
