Senior Account Manager
In 2024, we won 5 Cannes Lions, including a Grand Prix, and made it to 14 shortlists, including Titanium. At the D&AD competition, we secured 1x Graphite Pencil and 3x Wood Pencil, and as the first agency in the history of Polish advertising, we won a Black Pencil. In the prestigious The One Show competition, we won as many as 12 awards, including the main Sustainable Development Goals award, 2x Merit, 4x Gold Pencil, 4x Silver Pencil, and 1x Bronze Pencil. As the only agency from Poland, we received a silver award at the most important European competition for effectiveness – Effie Europe.
We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager (Beauty Client)
Location: Warsaw (hybrid)
Salary: from 12,000 PLN gross (employment contract)
Responsibilities:
- Independently managing dedicated projects within the scope of work for a beauty industry client;
- Organizing and overseeing the execution process of 360-degree communication campaigns;
- Managing client relationships, identifying their needs and expectations, providing ongoing advice and support, and monitoring competitors;
- Ensuring the achievement of designated marketing and business objectives for the client’s brands and products;
- Ongoing collaboration with other agency departments: creative, strategy, social media, and production;
- Coordinating subcontractors such as production houses, photography studios, and freelancers from various fields;
- Managing financial and legal aspects of projects – creating cost estimates, budget control, project settlements, and ensuring project profitability;
- Ensuring the quality and timely execution of projects.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in project management within an advertising agency;
- Familiarity with full-service campaign regulations;
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus;
- Very good command of English (spoken and written);
- Independence, attention to detail, responsibility, and openness;
- Ability to analyze data and create recommendations with an understanding of client business challenges and goals;
- Strong communication skills, diligence, and reliability;
- Problem-solving mindset and flexibility in action;
- Strategic thinking and creativity in resolving challenges;
- Ability to work under pressure, set priorities, and organize own and team workflow.
