We are currently seeking a Regular/Senior Creative Team (Financial Sector).

Location: Warsaw (hybrid work model)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring top-quality creative output
• Developing creative work from insights to execution of the creative idea
• Creating 360-degree creative ideas
• Presenting original concepts to clients or internal teams

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as an Art Director or Copywriter
• Experience working with financial sector clients (or interest in doing so) is a plus
• An impressive creative portfolio (award-winning work is a bonus)
• Ability to think in terms of big ideas and go beyond traditional advertising boundaries
• Strong command of English (spoken and written, including client presentations and meetings)
• Interest in participating in creative competitions and ambition to win awards
• Knowledge of the latest communication trends
• Conceptual thinking skills and versatility
• Ability to create advertising campaign concepts from insights to execution
• Experience briefing subcontractors
• Creativity, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under time pressure and excellent organizational skills
