Who are we looking for?

A Junior Creative Team (an AD + Copy duo or a solo Art Director/Copywriter).
People with ideas, passion, and a head full of concepts they can turn into real campaigns.

What will you be doing?

🎯 Creating creative 360 ideas (digital & SoMe first)
🎯 Turning insights into powerful concepts
🎯 Working on craft — from idea to final layout or copy
🎯 Co-creating campaigns that win awards (seriously!)
🎯 Presenting your ideas to clients and the team

What are we looking for in you?

✅ A portfolio that shows your thinking and passion
✅ Experience in the role of AD/Copy — welcome, but not required
✅ Digital-first thinking and fluency in social media
✅ Very good English — our presentations go global
✅ Ambition — you want to create award-winning campaigns
✅ Ability to work in a team, even under deadline pressure
✅ Openness, communication skills, eagerness to learn and grow
✅ Ability to brief production partners (photo, video, animation, etc.)
