We are currently looking for candidates interested in freelance/part-time work for positions ranging from Account Executive to Account Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating projects for clients in the beauty/FMCG industries
• Executing projects using integrated marketing tools (including ATL, BTL, digital, social media, branded content, OOH, print)
• Client relationship management: identifying their needs and expectations, ensuring development, providing ongoing advice and support
• Collaborating with and coordinating all agency departments (including creative, strategy, production, social media, legal)
• Supervising and coordinating external subcontractors
• Overseeing the financial and legal aspects of managed projects

Our Expectations:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client service within an advertising agency
• Experience and understanding of full-service campaign regulations
• Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients (we believe in a partnership-based approach and earned trust)
• Effective project and time management skills, prioritization, meeting deadlines, and attention to detail
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations with an understanding of client business challenges and objectives
• Problem-solving mindset and flexibility in action
• Strong communication skills, diligence, and reliability
