We are currently looking for a: Strategy Group Head

Place of work: Warsaw (hybrid)

Scope of responsibilities:

• Comprehensive, independent strategic support for dedicated clients and pitch projects (including, among others, client presentations, competitor communication analysis, etc.),
• Development of advertising strategies (creative briefs),
• Strategic support in developing execution recommendations,
• Communication planning,
• Creating 360-degree strategies with a special focus on digital and SoMe,
• Strategic consulting – also broadly in the field of marketing strategy, including brand strategy, architecture, etc.,
• Leading project teams (project lead) – working with team members from other departments in a multidisciplinary team setup,
• Managing a small team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Strategist in an advertising agency,
• Experience in independently leading strategic projects,
• Experience collaborating with creative departments or agencies,
• Strong analytical and creative skills,
• Ability to work in a team, communicativeness, creativity, and a sense of humor,
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written (the work is also in English),
• Experience managing a small team is a plus.
