We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager

Location: Warsaw (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Client contact regarding SoMe activities, maintaining good relationships, monitoring the competition;
• Managing social media communication for a client in the financial sector on META / TikTok / LinkedIn;
• Planning publications and creating activations, post schedules, participating in the creation of communication strategies, adapting communication strategies to SoMe channels;
• Tracking trends, proposing innovative solutions for SoMe channels;
• Analyzing client channel activities, reporting, competitive analysis;
• Cooperation with other agency departments: Client Service, Creative, Strategy, Influencer Marketing, etc.;
• Cooperation with subcontractors (production houses, media house);
• Co-organizing photo shoots and recordings for the Client’s SoMe; co-creating content for the client’s channels;
• Participating in productions, being responsible for the SoMe content created during productions.

Our expectations:

• Min. 3 years of experience managing SoMe profiles in an agency;
• Experience managing projects on platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube;
• Passion for social media, staying up to date with trends, market tracking;
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients;
• Ability to present both live and remotely;
• Creativity, proactivity, engagement;
• Good work organization skills, task prioritization, attention to detail;
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written).
