We are currently looking for a Motion Designer to join our creative team and co-create campaigns for brands from various categories. We are looking for someone with experience, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to work efficiently — both conceptually and in execution.

Work location: Warsaw (hybrid) or remote

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong knowledge of the Adobe package (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Has experience working on the agency side or on commercial projects
• Has an interesting portfolio showing design thinking skills and a good sense of form
• Is interested in trends in animation and graphic design
• Is detail-oriented, aesthetic, creative, but also well-organized and communicative
• Has an AI-forward mindset — openness to using new tools, experimenting with AI solutions as part of the creative process: GPT/SORA, Midjourney, RunwayML Gen 4, KlingAI

Additionally, nice to have:

• Ability to work with different formats and adapt projects to various communication channels
• Knowledge of AI tools such as: Krea.ai/Flux, an upscaling program such as Magnific.ai, a Faceswap app such as Picsi.ai, Veo2 – Google, Luma DreamMachine – model RAY 2

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating animations and video materials for our clients’ advertising campaigns
• Co-creating visual concepts and adapting projects to different formats
• Ensuring consistency and quality of materials
• Close collaboration with the Creative and Client Service teams
