Group CEO & Managing Director
He has over 25 years of experience in business, marketing, and advertising, and is one of the leading figures in the industry. Since 2013, he has been the CEO of McCANN Poland. His accolades include the titles of Havas Worldwide’s Man of Europe and Advertising Person of the Year by Brief magazine. He has been nominated five times for the AdMan of the Year award by Press magazine. Under his leadership, the marketing groups he managed were awarded “Advertising Group of the Year” by Media Marketing Polska on four occasions. From 2012 to 2016, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the SAR Marketing Communication Association. In 2021-2022, he took on the role of Chairman of YPO Gold Poland. He is frequently invited by the media to provide insights on new technologies, communication design, business trends, and advertising. Since 2014, he has been an active Mentor in the Mentors4Starters program. Privately, he is passionate about sports, non-fiction books, and travel. He is a proud husband to Ania and father to Pola, Helena, and Maurycy. At home, he holds the position of Sports Director for the Borowski family.

Krzysztof
Kawa
Group CFO & COO
He has nearly 18 years of experience in business controlling and finance. Since 2013, he has been with McCANN Poland, and since 2016, he has held the position of CFO, also serving as Vice President of McCANN Poland and Spark Warsaw.
He consistently supports worthy initiatives, ensuring balanced, long-term growth.
Since 2022, he has been responsible for establishing a shared services center for companies within the 45Avenue Group, as well as for advertising industry entities that require back-office consulting and expertise in areas such as finance, IT, HR, administration, and legal support as part of their growth journey.

Agata
Krawczyk
Strategy Director
Since March 2024, she has been responsible for strategy at McCANN Poland and all other agencies within the Group. With over 10 years of experience in creating communication and marketing strategies, she has worked with clients such as Allegro, PepsiCo, Maspex, Volkswagen Group (SEAT & CUPRA), Disney+, UNIQA, McDonald’s, PKO Bank Polski, and PZU. She is a co-author of award-winning campaigns in competitions such as Effie, KTR, and INNOVATION, and has served as a juror and speaker at industry events. Efficiency is her hallmark, both in developing solutions for clients and in growing the agency’s business, as evidenced by the numerous tenders she has won. She also has experience in creating proprietary tools and methodologies for communication strategy on a global level.
Personally, she hails from Wałbrzych, is a lover of all things Italian, and has a particular soft spot for dachshunds.

Jeglejewski
Creative Director
At McCANN Poland since March 2024, he has been working in the industry for over 15 years. His clients have included BNP Paribas Bank, Renault, Opel, Orange, Pru, Biedronka, Nationale Nederlanden, and Mondelez. He has won over 70 awards in international and national competitions such as Cannes Lions, Golden Drum, Effie, MIXX Europe, KTR (including Charity of the Year), Innovation, and MIXX (Best in Show). He has served as a juror in competitions like KTR, Kreatura, and AdForum PHNX. He is also the author of publications for Media&Marketing Polska, Marketer+, and Online Marketing Magazine. Additionally, he has been a speaker at the Social Media Congress.
Personally, he describes himself as a foodie, a big fan of traveling to Asia, and a lover of suspenseful TV series.

Managing Director McCANN XBC Poland
At McCANN, she focuses on leading an integrated team within the group dedicated to Mastercard. McCANN XBC (McCANN ExtraBoldCondensed) is a solution that enables the integration of international teams and projects for one of McCann Worldgroup’s largest clients. The key idea behind the creation of this special unit is to deliver bold, locally tailored strategic and creative solutions, developed through the coordinated and focused efforts of a global team. The projects she has co-led have won numerous awards and recognitions at industry competitions such as EFFIE, KTR, Golden Drum, Webby Awards, Cannes Lions, The One Show, and NY Festivals.
She has been invited as a lecturer and trainer for the MPM Marketing Projects Management program organized by SAR. Outside of work, she enjoys the simple pleasures of life and is a fan of traveling and exploring new places. When asked for a fun fact, she responds, “I race go-karts, and what’s your superpower?”

Business Unit Director
Ewa has nearly 20 years of experience in building and executing complex international marketing projects, working with global brands such as L’Oréal, Unilever, McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble, and Heineken. She began her career at MRM Worldwide (part of McCANN Worldgroup), where she developed integrated strategies for key clients. Prior to that, she gained experience in digital and PR agencies, enabling her to effectively combine creativity with a strategic approach. Recently, she has expanded her expertise by working with startups in the med-tech and deep-tech sectors, merging cutting-edge technologies with marketing innovations.

Sosiński
Deputy Creative Director
For 15 years he has been working at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and management – together with his team creating campaigns that resonate with people and deliver real business results.
He has been in the advertising industry since 2010 and joined McCANN in 2013. Since then, he has co-created local and global campaigns for some of the most demanding brands, such as Coca-Cola, KFC, L’Oréal Paris, Vichy, Armani, Opella, Bank Pekao, MasterCard, and XTB.
Today, as Deputy Creative Director, he is not only responsible for the creative direction of the agency’s largest clients but also co-creates processes that support the effectiveness and quality of campaigns. A particular area of his focus is the KFC brand – which he has been involved with since the very beginning of his work at McCANN, developing long-term, consistent communication.
His work is not only about creativity. It is also about building the team every day – its strength, motivation, and energy. He believes that the highest level of creativity is born within a well-led team, one that works with a sense of responsibility for the outcome and in true partnership with the client.

Creative Group Head
He joined McCANN Poland in 2024. His advertising career began in 2011. He has created both local and regional campaigns for brands such as Mastercard, Santander, Ikea, Pepsi, Samsung, mBank, McDonald’s, Allegro, and Żywiec. He co-developed global communication strategies for Desperados and Vivo in New York and Düsseldorf. He is the recipient of numerous awards at international and national competitions, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Eurobest, Clio, One Show, Golden Drum, KTR, and EFFIE. Privately, he is a dad, a poor surfer, and a niche musician with a performance on the main stage of the OFF Festival in his portfolio.

Kamil Kuć
Creative Group Head
He wanted to become an actor, graduated in psychology, and ended up in advertising. He gained his first experience in boutique agencies, and since 2019 he has been applying his skills to work with clients such as Mastercard, Santander, KFC, Google, YouTube, Zalando, T-Mobile, Jeep, Fiat, BMW, and MINI. Co-author of projects awarded at all major advertising festivals.
