We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager / Account Supervisor

Workplace: Warsaw (hybrid)

Salary: PLN 10000–12000 gross (employment contract)

 

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating projects for a client in the tech-finance industry
  • Implementing projects using integrated marketing tools (e.g., ATL, BTL, digital, social media, branded content, OOH, print)
  • Client care, identifying their needs and expectations, ensuring development, ongoing consultancy, and support
  • Cooperation and coordination of work across all agency departments (e.g., creative, strategy, production, social media, legal)
  • Supervision and coordination of external subcontractors
  • Taking care of financial and legal aspects of the ongoing projects
  • If necessary, overseeing the implementation of promotional lotteries and contests

 

Our expectations:

  • 2–3 years of experience in client service in an advertising agency
  • Experience and knowledge of regulations related to full-service campaign handling
  • Ability to build positive, long-term relationships with clients (we believe in a partnership approach and earned trust)
  • Efficient project and time management – both your own and others’, prioritization, punctuality, accuracy
  • Ability to draw conclusions and create recommendations with an understanding of the client’s business challenges and goals
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and effective communication
  • Solution-oriented mindset and flexibility in action
  • Experience working with clients in English – meetings, presentations, email correspondence
  • Strong communication skills, diligence, and reliability
