In 2025, according to the WARC ranking, we ranked 8th among the top 100 agencies in the world, our campaign “Where to Settle” took 6th place, and “Room for Everyone” 20th. In The Drum World Creative Rankings, the campaigns “Room for Everyone” and “Where to Settle” created with Mastercard ranked 1st and 2nd respectively in the list of The Most Awarded Campaigns in the Finance Sector. In the Business Creative Report, we took 1st place among agencies worldwide in the Finance category.
In 2024, we won 5 Cannes Lions, including a Grand Prix, and made it onto 14 shortlists, including Titanium. We are currently looking for a person for the position of Account Executive / Senior Account Executive (beauty/OTC client)
Workplace: Warsaw (hybrid)

Scope of responsibilities:

• Organization and supervision of the campaign implementation process;
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with the client;
• Cooperation with creative and strategic departments;
• Support in sourcing materials;
• Assistance in translating marketing materials;
• Preparation of presentations and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written;
• Minimum one year of experience in working with clients on the agency side, preferably with clients from the beauty or OTC industry;
• Independence, accuracy, responsibility for entrusted tasks, openness;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
• Ability to work under time pressure, set priorities, and organize own work;
• Creativity in problem-solving, ability to work in a team;
• Dynamism in action and flexibility.
