We are currently looking for a Account Supervisor
Location: Warsaw (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Leading key projects using integrated marketing tools
• Managing client relationships: identifying their needs and expectations, ensuring development, providing ongoing advice and support
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Preparing and delivering presentations and leading client meetings
• Managing a team and delegating tasks effectively
• Creating budgets, schedules, and presentations
• Time management within the team, ensuring efficient workflow, controlling budgets, and achieving objectives
• Business development, proactive approach, and initiative in action
• Preparing pitch presentations, analyses, and reports

Requirements:

• Experience as an Account Supervisor in a creative agency or in a similar role
• Knowledge of communication channels and modern marketing tools
• Experience in developing multidisciplinary 360° marketing campaigns and coordinating complex projects
• Experience working with clients in English – meetings, presentations, email correspondence
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients
• Analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and ability to co-create communication strategies
• Strong organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure, creativity in problem-solving
• Goal-oriented approach, flexibility, and attention to detail
• Willingness to work on both large and smaller projects
• Award-winning projects in industry competitions are a plus
