Account Supervisor
In 2025, according to the WARC ranking, we ranked 8th among the top 100 agencies in the world. Our campaign “Where to Settle” took 6th place, and “Room for Everyone” ranked 20th. In The Drum World Creative Rankings, the campaigns “Room for Everyone” and “Where to Settle” took 1st and 2nd place respectively in The Most Awarded Campaigns in the Finance Sector category. We are currently looking for an Account Supervisor who will not only lead integrated 360° campaigns but also work closely with the Business Unit Director on strategic planning and client development.
Location: Warsaw (hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Leading key integrated marketing projects
- Managing client relationships: identifying needs, providing consultancy, and building long-term partnerships
- Building and maintaining lasting client relationships
- Creating budgets, schedules, and presentations
- Managing a small team – skillful task delegation and effective work planning
- Actively developing business and initiating new directions in cooperation with the Business Unit Director
- Demonstrating a proactive attitude, independence, and a team-player mindset
- Preparing analyses and reports
Requirements:
- Experience as an Account Supervisor in a creative agency or similar environment
- Experience in coordinating comprehensive 360° projects; knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Combining strategic thinking with strong organization and proactivity
- Team management skills and ability to operate in a dynamic environment
- Goal-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, creativity in problem-solving, and flexibility in action
- Ability to establish positive, long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of communication channels and modern marketing tools
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
