Account Manager
In 2025, according to the WARC ranking, we were ranked 8th among the top 100 agencies in the world. Our campaign “Where to Settle” took 6th place, and “Room for Everyone” ranked 20th. In The Drum World Creative Rankings, the campaigns “Room for Everyone” and “Where to Settle” were ranked 1st and 2nd respectively in the list of The most awarded campaigns in the Finance sector. In the Business Creative Report, we took 1st place among agencies worldwide in the Finance category. In 2024, we won 5 Cannes Lions, including the Grand Prix, and were shortlisted 14 times, including Titanium. At the D&AD competition, we won 1x Graphite Pencil and 3x Wood Pencil and, as the first agency in the history of Polish advertising, we won a Black Pencil. In the prestigious The One Show competition, we won as many as 12 awards, including the main Sustainable Development Goals award, 2x Merit, 4x Gold Pencil, 4x Silver Pencil, and 1x Bronze Pencil.
We are currently looking for a person for the position of Account Manager
Location: Warsaw (hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating projects for one of the agency’s key clients
- Executing projects using integrated marketing tools (including ATL, BTL, digital, social media – including contests, branded content)
- Client care, identifying their needs and expectations, ensuring development, ongoing consulting and support
- Cooperating with and coordinating the work of all agency departments (e.g. creative, strategy, production, social media, legal)
- Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors such as production houses, media house, photo studios, freelancers
- Ensuring financial and legal aspects of ongoing projects are managed properly
Our requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client service at an advertising agency
- Experience in full-service campaigns, including digital and social media campaigns
- Knowledge of media formats
- Ability to build relationships with clients and present both live and remotely
- Efficient project and time management – both personal and team, ability to set priorities, timeliness, accuracy
- Ability to draw conclusions and create recommendations with an understanding of client’s business challenges and goals
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
- Solution-oriented mindset and flexibility in action
- Strong communication skills, diligence, and conscientiousness
- Responsibility for assigned tasks, engagement, proactivity
- Ability to set priorities and manage time – own and others’
- English language proficiency at least at B2 level (spoken and written)
