We are currently looking for a Senior Strategic Planner

Location: Warsaw (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• independently managing the full strategic support for dedicated Agency clients and new business pitches,
• developing communication strategies and creative briefs,
• providing strategic support to the team during campaign execution,
• planning communication activities (e.g. consumer journey, message per touchpoint, or content cycles),
• creating 360-degree strategies with a particular focus on digital and social media,
• providing strategic consulting, including broader marketing strategy and brand positioning, while acting as a trusted partner for clients,
• serving as the subject matter leader within the project team, collaborating with colleagues from other departments as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of experience as a Strategic Planner in an advertising agency,
• experience in independently leading strategic projects,
• experience collaborating with a creative department or advertising agency,
• strong analytical and creative skills,
• ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication skills, creativity, and a good sense of humor,
• excellent command of English, both spoken and written (the role also involves working in English),
• knowledge of basic AI tools and an interest in developing skills in this area.
